Brice McBeth, Founder
Starting his career at IBM as a Product Manager, Brice helped to create one of the world's first web analytics tools that eventually became Coremetrics, which was also one of the world's first softwares delivered as a service. He consulted with many larger companies such as MLB, Coca-Cola, Kraft, and Orbitz to help improve their marketing performance.
After IBM, he took the leap to the client side of the business and got first-hand experience being the client, but after becoming frustrated in working with numerous agencies, he realized that there was a need for a better marketing agency that was specialized in conversions. That's when he felt inspired to create Reap Marketing in September 2009.
Eventually, he started his own successful e-commerce company, Standish Salon Goods, where he was able to put his ideas into play for himself and ultimately experience his own agency as the client, which helped him not only to get a fresh perspective on Reap, but helped to optimize the conversions of his website as a client.
Brice is actively involved in the startup community, consulting and mentoring with groups such as DFW CPG, SKU, Naturally Austin, and the Dallas Entrepreneur Center.
Jason Roussos, Chief Strategy Officer
With 20+ years of experience in DTC E-Commerce and Marketplace selling, Jason has an extensive background as both a brand owner and within agencies to help us best serve our clients' needs. He works with our clients and internal teams to strategize across the business as a whole.
Tiffany Boyle, Director, E-Commerce Strategy & DTC Services
Having worked at Reap for over 11 years, Tiffany has a vast knowledge of the inner workings of both the Reap approach as well as experience working directly with 50+ clients and drawing on first-hand experiences that can be applied to new and existing accounts. She oversees the DTC department, from the Account Managers to the production team executing on work.

Strategist
An E-Commerce Strategist is responsible for developing customer strategies for their sales channels online that help to exceed clients' performance. They help to strategize on multiple client accounts and are responsible for identifying solutions both from our playbook and tailored to the specific issues a client may be facing. They work closely with both the Account Manager who is the day-to-day contact for clients as well as clients themselves on a less frequent basis to ensure that we understand the ways Reap can best serve them within the resources we have to work with.
Account Manager
A Reap Account Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty, and growth for both parties by exceeding clients’ performance goals with their existing budgets. They work on multiple client accounts and are responsible for client communication, the prioritization of tasks, and working with team members to develop digital strategies for the achievement of performance goals. They work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and help identify new opportunities for the client to grow their business within the resources they have to work with.
Analyst
Our Analysts are responsible for being the one to piece together the story of what's happening for an account through the data and for the results of our accounts, and helping us to identify when something is going really wrong or really right. Their day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad and bid management, conducting research, looking into industry data to stay on top of trends, planning for marketplace inventory, and more.
Implementator
The Implementor is responsible for managing both the day-to-day changes that feed the optimization strategies. They also are expected to adapt to new features that platforms we work with are rolling out so we can capitalize on them or pivot strategies if needed. In this role, a team member would be responsible for daily tasks such as product page edits, editing storefronts, copywriting, new account setup, and management of partner tools and ad platforms.
